WalkingRainGallery.com is a “hub” site where visitors can connect to all of our royalty free stock photography websites. As we develop the many niche, long tail, stock photo sites we will add them to Walking Rain Gallery. Each of the niche sites refers visitors back to Walking Rain Gallery.
We expect potential customers will first find our photographs when they do a search for a specific stock photography related phrase. If they like what they see we hope they will follow the link from the nice “spoke” site to Walking Rain Gallery. At the gallery they can see the complete range of our work and link out to other niche sites to view and possibly buy more of our photographs.
We can’t possibly compete with the large stock photo companies for range of pictures or search engine rankings for generic stock photo phrases. We can make our sites easily findable to customers with specific needs for which we have photographs.
Walking Rain Gallery is also a blog. We use it to publish our thoughts on selling stock photography, developing and selling physical photo related products such as greeting cards and posters, and any other topics we think might interest visitors.
