OldAdobes.com is the website where we display royalty free pictures of old adobe homes in the American Southwest. Adobe was the building material of choice in the old days. It was easily available, free, and made nice homes and barns if you were willing to do the work. In those days labor was cheap and materials were expensive.
These days it’s the other way around so many of these neat old buildings are falling into ruin from neglect.
