New Mexico Chile
NMChile.com was a name I first registered years ago because I live in New Mexico where Chile is spelled that way and is an important cultural icon. Having grown up in the midwest, I was shocked to discover in NM chile is a vegetable, not a condiment!
Over the last few months I have stumbled across a lot of chili related names. I didn’t really have a plan for their use, but given the chance to collect them, it seemed like an opportunity.
Since I have no special knowledge of or plans for them they are available for use by a customer who can do more with them. I think they could obviously form a network of sites related to chile and other hot foods.
