Green Chile Stew
Greenchilestew.com was registered just for fun because I thought I would like to have a domain named after such a common but well loved food. I even got the domain with the New Mexico spelling of chile.
I’m sure there are hundreds of variations of this food depending on your budget, your nationality as well as personal preference.
It might be possible for a food writer to earn money from this site by interviewing families about their memories of green chili stew during their childhood and then compiling a book with their stories and recipes. In any case, it would be a lot of fun. The story could be enriched with photographs of people and foods.
I think it might also be interesting to film some royalty free stock video while cooking green chile stew.
